Our rates vary by season, holidays and day of the week. Average summer weekend per night rate for two Adults and Two Children without a value card on a full-hookup back-in is $63.99 Having a value card saves you ten percent off your nightly rate and only costs $30.00 per year. There are also additional special discounts offered throughout the year, such as Spring and Fall multi weekend fuel savers.

Weekdays are less - Holidays are more expensive. Pull-Thrus are more expensive. Deluxe Cabins average $165 per night. Basic Cabins average $99 plus tax.

Cancellation Policy: Holiday, Special Events, Stays of two weeks or more, Monthly, and Seasonal reservations, as well as certain hot deals, require payment in full at time of reservation and are non-refundable. Special Events are: Hot Air Balloons and Skeeter Creek Band. Deluxe Cabin rentals require payment in full and are non-refundable. Group Reservations and specific site requests which are not part of the above mentioned time frames require payment in full and may be refunded with thirty days notice of cancellation.

We DO NOT follow KOA’s standard reservation policy. All other reservations require TEN DAYS notice to receive a refund minus a ten dollar cancellation fee. Only reserve the days you wish to stay. No refunds for early departure.

Campers may have guests. However they must register at the office and pay any applicable guest fee. Guests who visit for less than a half hour will have their guest fee refunded. Guests are not permitted to bring pets. RV Campsites may have a maximum of six people staying overnight including themselves. Tent sites and Rental Units may not have overnight guests. We reserve the right to limit the number of Day visitors you may have at all times but especially on Holidays and Special Events to prevent overcrowding.

Additional Fees:

Optional Access Gate Pass: $20.00 Deposit is refunded when camper turns in card at checkout. We are a gated park so you cannot enter the park after hours without a gate access card. During the day we will gladly raise the gate for you if you do not want to rent a gate card.

Rental Deposit: A Cash Security/cleaning deposit is required for all cabin rentals: $50.00 for Cabins, $100 for Pet Friendly Cabins, $100.00 for Lodges (now called Deluxe Cabins by KOA).

Storage Fees: We offer RV and boat storage in our storage yard starting at $100.00 per month depending on size of unit. Yearly rates are discounted.

Please do not call this number if you have specific questions about the park as this number is answered by a reservation service if we are not personally able to take your call. They can’t answer specific questions for you, they can only take reservations. Please call (518) 329-2811 with questions and leave a message if we are unable to answer. Copake KOA Camping Policies

Check-in 2:00PM until 8:00PM. Check-out 12:00PM.
Please re-register before 11:00AM if staying an extra day. Early check-in or late check-out will be an additional fee if site is available.
Car Pass: All vehicles must display a car pass. Two vehicles are permitted per site. Additional vehicles must be parked in overflow parking area in the front parking lot.
Speed: Speed Limit is 5 Miles per hour. It is posted in the park, please watch for children.
Pets: Pets are welcome! pets must be kept on a leash at all times. You are responsible for the cleanup of your pet’s waste. No more than two pets per site. Pets must sleep in your camping unit at night. Do not leave your pet unattended at any time. No pets in buildings or pool area or playground. Pets are not permitted in rental units, except for three basic cabins. There is an additional fee for pets in these cabins. Owners must bring proof of rabies shots for dogs. Excessive barking or aggressive dogs of any breed are not welcome. You will be asked to leave with no refund.
Quiet Hours: Quiet Hours are from 10:00PM until 8:00AM. Camping courtesy is in effect 24 hours, no playing loud music anytime. All radios and outdoor TVs must be off at 10:00PM.
Children: Parents are responsible for the actions and safety of their children. Children under 14 must wear a bicycle helmet while riding their bikes. This is a NYS Law, no exception. Bicycles must be at campsite by dusk - no night riding. Please accompany children under age 10 to the bathroom.
Store Hours: 8:00AM - 8:00PM Daily, After Labor Day Sun-Thurs Hours 8:00AM - 5:00PM, Fri-Sun Hours 8:00AM - 8:00PM.
Laundry: Open 24 Hours.
Propane: Filled during store hours.
Golf Carts: Only seasonal campers who are licensed drivers are permitted to use golf carts. Golf carts display site numbers. Please report any infractions to the office.
Motorcycles: Motorcyclists are welcome in the park. Please do not ride your motorcycles in the park except for entering or leaving.
Campsite: Please do not move fire rings. Fires are permitted in the rings only. Clotheslines are not permitted on campsites. We do not allow washing of vehicles or campers. One Camping Unit and One Family per site. Two small tents permitted on a tent site. No outside firewood is permitted due to NY DEC restrictions in place to prevent the spread of the longhorn beetle and various tree diseases. Do not cut or deface any trees on the property. Firewood is for sale at the store.
Garbage: Trash is not picked up at sites. Garbage dumpsters are located by the cabins and by the front of the park near the exit road. Recycling is at exit gate dumpsters only.
Improper Behavior: We reserve the right to evict anyone violating the rules of good camping, destroying property or creating a disturbance without a refund. Please do not cut through other occupied campsites, stay on the road. For the protection of campers and guests, anyone who willfully or negligently destroys or defaces property or another camper or park property, will be held liable for the full value of replacement cost and will be subject to eviction. No Firearms, B.B. Guns, Bow and Arrows, Air Guns, Fireworks, Drones or anything else that is not keeping with a family environment are permitted. No foul language, drunkenness or improper behavior will be tolerated. If you are bothered by noise from a fellow camper in the evening please feel free to call the park emergency number (518) 329-2004.
Sewage: A sewer donut is required around your sewer hose at the point of connection to the sewer pipe. Your sewer hose must be sloped from your trailer’s sewer connection to the park sewer hookup in order to prevent any clogging or spillage on the ground.
Messages: If you expect messages, please check the message board in the office to see if it has been received. Only emergency messages will be delivered to campsites.
Tips: We enjoy helping our customers, therefore tips are not accepted. Please free to donate to KOA Care Camps instead if desired. Donation box is located on counter in office.
Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi is available throughout the park free of charge. It is for answering emails and viewing pages on the internet. It is not designed for movie or music downloads.
Loaner Sports Equipment: Loaner Sports Equipment for Basketball, Tennis, Volleyball, etc. is available with a $20.00 security deposit in the store.
Miniature Golf Clubs and Bikes are rented in the office. Mini Golf $3.00 per person per game. Bike rentals $6.00 per half hour, $10.00 per hour. Both require a $20.00 security deposit.
Camping is an outdoor experience. No refunds are given due to the discomfort of nature. No refunds for early departure. Only reserve the nights you wish to stay.
Handicap Bathroom Access: Handicapped guests - please ask for your own key for the handicap bathroom.

This property is privately owned. The visitor accepts its privileges with the understanding that he/she does hereby release the campground, an its officers and employees, of all liability for loss or damage to property, or for injury to him/her arising out of the use of the facilities. The visitor agrees to indemnify the campground, and its officers and employees, against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the person or any member of the party undersigned arising from the use of its camping or recreation facilities.
